Salon Cancellation & Lateness Policy & Covid Update

The 24 Hour Policy

Salon understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will incur a charge of 30% of the service amount.

Policy to Protect Clients

We value your time and feel that it is fair to honor the same policies we hold to our clients. Should the salon need to cancel a client due to unsafe weather conditions, covid-19, or other unforeseen events with less than 24 hours notice, you may encounter a discount off your next identical service and do all we can to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner.

Post Covid-19 Update

Maintaining a Safe Environment for Our Clients & Therapists:

In addition to the high standards of hygiene already practiced in our salon, we have implemented additional sanitisation and social distancing measures to protect the health and safety of clients and staff during this time of COVID-19.
● Ensuring hand sanitiser is provided for all clients and spa staff.
● Ensuring therapists thoroughly wash hands pre, during and post treatment.
● Being vigilant with hygiene standards ensuring all surfaces such as benches, floors, machines and product are cleaned with a high-grade disinfectant regularly during the day and between clients.
● Ensuring all towels are newly laundered and replaced between each client.
● Clients can request their therapist wear a mask and/or gloves.
● Clients can request a mask and/or gloves for themselves.
● Requesting that unwell clients reschedule their treatment for a later date
We believe it is important to provide this information to ensure our clients feel comfortable visiting us and can focus on restoration during their treatment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these regulations to help us stop the spread of the virus.

FAQ

We recommend clients to arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow you time to check in, change and relax before your treatment commences.

We recommend that clients arrive in comfortable & loose clothing so that when your treatment is complete, you can leave feeling relaxed & fresh.

If you are pregnant please share your news with us when you book. There are some facial treatments that are not recommended for women in the first trimester (including LED) that are not recommended whilst pregnant, have any injuries, medical or skin conditions please let us know to ensure your chosen treatment is suitable for you. If you have a chronic or serious medical condition please check with your GP that your treatment is suitable and safe for you.
